Delivery conditions & return policy
Pascaud Care will process every order as soon as possible and with care. Pascaud Care is not liable for orders that are not delivered on time, but is responsible for orders that do not arrive at the addressee. In case goods are returned to Pascaud Care because they have not been received, we are forced to charge the costs for sending back and forth.
Shipping costs Netherlands & Belgium order amount > € 50: Free
Shipping costs Netherlands & Belgium order amount < €50: €5.95
Shipping costs for orders Europe: €15
Shipping costs for orders outside Europe: €25
Goods will be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
• In the event of a demonstrable allergic reaction, whereby Pascaud Care has the opportunity to contact the user in question
• In the event of a technical defect of a product, for example in the packaging.
Upon receipt of the goods, you must carefully check whether any products are damaged, incorrect or not delivered. Complaints must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the goods. Thereafter, the products are considered to have been accepted by the buyer.
Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, Pascaud Care is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, nor for any other damage, unless the latter was caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Pascaud Care. Pascaud Care will in no way be liable for damage if it cannot be excluded that this damage is due to an error on the part of the purchaser or of a person for whom the purchaser is responsible.
Pascaud Care has the right to change the current version of the delivery conditions at any time. Updated versions will take effect when they are released into circulation. Applicable law to all deliveries, sales and offers is Dutch law.
