USAGE
Morning routine: Body Polish + exfoliating glove, Gel-cream contouring, 10 ml Deto-X, 1 tablet Skin-XDR, 1 Slimming capsule

Evening routine: 10 ml Deto-X, 1 tablet Skin-XDR, 1 Slimming capsule

-Body Polish + exfoliating glove: easy to use while showering. Shake the bottle, put on the glove, apply the Body Polish to the glove and massage onto the body areas using circular movements. Then rinse.

-Gel-Cream Contouring: massage the gel cream into the body areas (on dry skin).

-Deto-X: measure 10 ml with the measuring cap, dissolve it in a little water and drink.

-Skin-XDR: take 1tablet with a glass of water.

-Slimming: take 1 capsule with a glass of water.
